The inspiration for these tags was the Sizzix bigz die Potted by Tim Holtz. Most of the products used are from Tim Holtz. The first tag was inspired by Emma Williams.
For this first tag I started with a Etcetera tag. I covered this with some paper from my stash. I diecut some swirls from the same paper and glued them to the tag with collage medium. The sides were inked with Distress ink Walnut Stain.
The pot was made with two pieces from the die Potted. I cut them uit thick cardboard and Distress Mixed Media Heavystock. I colored the pieces Heavystock with Distress Ink and glued them to the thick board pieces. I carefully bended the thick board so the pot would look round.
For the flowers I used Sizix die Funky Florals Large. The flowers were cur out watercolor paper and colored with Distress Ink.
I shaped the flowers before glueing them to the tag and used some beads for the center of the flowers.
The base of the second tag is pretty much the same. An Etcetera tag with some paper. On this background I used some texture paste and a layering stencil.
The pot was made in the same way, with different colors an an other piece of the die on top.
The flowers were colored with distress ink. I took two flowers an glued them together at the heart of the flower to give them more dimension.
The background on the third tag is also made the same way. But for this one I used a stamp to decorate.
For the pot I used Distress Woodgrain Cardstock and some metallic kraft-stock. I cut the Woodgrain Cardstock in strips to make the planks. The metallic kraft-stock is sanded to make it look worn.
The flowers were cut twice to give it more dimension.
